Nigel Ng
Nigel Ng, better known as "Uncle Roger," was born and raised in Malaysia. From a young age, he developed a deep love and appreciation for his country's cuisine, particularly the spicy and flavorful dishes that were a staple in his home. As he grew older, he began to notice that many people outside of Asia didn't quite understand the intricacies of Asian cooking. They would often add too much sugar or use the wrong ingredients, resulting in dishes that were far from authentic.
